Thank you for choosing Euphoric Auto Detailing. We are committed to providing top-quality mobile car detailing services. Please read the following terms carefully, as scheduling a service with us means you agree to these conditions in full.
These terms are designed to protect both our clients and our business, and they outline what you can expect from us—and what we expect from you.

By scheduling an appointment with Euphoric Auto Detailing you hereby agree to all the terms listed in this document
Appointment Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy
A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total cost and will carry over if you reschedule. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a $25 fee will still apply if a deposit has not already been paid. If a deposit has not been paid prior to the appointment, it will be collected when payment is taken after service.
Vehicle Terms
To help us serve you efficiently and avoid additional charges, all personal belongings must be removed before your appointment. We do not move or handle personal items due to liability reasons.
If technicians must wait longer than 15 minutes for the vehicle to be cleared or the client to arrive, a fee for lost time may be added. Large amounts of trash must be removed prior to our arrival. Excessive trash may result in a $50 Trash Removal Fee. We will not clean glove compartments or center consoles if they are not emptied. Car seats and booster seats must be removed by the client beforehand. We will not install or uninstall them due to safety regulations.
Service Conditions & Limitations
Prices may vary based on vehicle condition and time required. All extra charges will be disclosed before service begins. Additional fees may apply for issues such as pet hair, staining, strong odors, mold, mildew, or other biohazards. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee complete removal of stains, pet hair, or odors. Certain materials (seatbelts, carpets, headliners, etc.) may not fully respond to cleaning. We’ll advise you before proceeding. Ozone treatment may be needed for odor removal; cleaning alone is often insufficient. We are not responsible for damage to already compromised interior parts or markings on heavily soiled controls. Headliner cleaning is gentle; complete removal of stains is not always possible without damaging adhesives. Brake dust, sap, tar, and bug residue may cause permanent paint damage if left untreated and may require extensive correction. Restoration of trim pieces is not always successful. Some may require replacement.
Weather & Scheduling Adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust appointments due to weather, staff illness, or equipment failure. We will notify you and reschedule at the earliest opportunity. We may require full payment upfront for clients with a history of multiple cancellations. If appointment terms are consistently disrespected, we reserve the right to refuse service.
On-Site Safety Guidelines
Please keep a 10-15 ft distance from our work area to avoid slipping or tripping on cords and hoses. If you need to speak to a technician during your appointment, get their attention safely from a distance.
Hazardous Conditions Policy
Clients must accurately describe the condition of their vehicle during booking. If our team encounters unreported biohazards (urine, feces, bodily fluids, mold, etc.), we may halt the service, request partial payment, or decline to complete the job for safety reasons.
Photo & Video Consent
By booking with Euphoric Auto Detailing, you grant us permission to take and share photos/videos of your vehicle before, during, and after service for marketing purposes. We will never disclose your name, license plate, or address without your consent.
If you do not consent to media usage, please inform us before your appointment and sign the following:

Service Guarantee
If part of your service is incomplete or performed below standards, we will either redo that portion or issue a refund at our discretion. You must report concerns within 24 hours of your appointment. Refusing a redo limits any potential refund to 20% of your service price. This guarantee only applies to services listed in your invoice and performed by our team.
Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to pay invalidates any service guarantees or discount offers. The client listed on the booking is responsible for approving pre- and post-inspections.
Disputes, Fees, & Legal Terms
Any unpaid balances are subject to an 18% annual interest and all collection/legal fees will be charged to the client. All disputes must be reported within 3 days of receiving the invoice in writing. We are not liable for loss or damage due to fire, theft, or other unforeseen events while your vehicle is in our care. This is not an "expectation contract." We are not responsible for buyer’s remorse once service is complete and accepted.
Estimate & Changes
All estimates are valid for 30 days and are subject to change upon physical inspection of the vehicle. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, descriptions, or services listed, at any time.
Vehicle Inspection Policy
A pre-service inspection is conducted before any work begins. Please share your concerns or goals at this time. Euphoric Auto Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions like scratches, cracked plastics, or surface defects.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking with Euphoric Auto Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
